Instructions

Step 1 : As a first step, boil the beef short rib in a pot with enough water for 1 hour. This will help add extra flavor to the broth. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, mix the chopped celery with the ground beef, add salt and pepper to taste. Then form small balls of the meat and put them aside.

Step 3 : Chop the tomato, garlic, onion, peas and carrot into small pieces and add them to the pot. If you can, cut the corn into small pieces, but if not, just add the whole corn to the pot for a special touch.

Step 4 : Immediately after adding the vegetables, add the meatballs and pasta to the pot. Boil for 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally include a little coriander and minced mint and serve. Bon Appetite!

As an additional touch, we recommend accompanying it with avocado, simply delicious.
